  • Free zone and mainland licensing
  • Visa assistance
  • Compliance, accounting, and tax registration support
  • Business banking guidance and may vary based on government authorities, third-party service providers, and banks.

2. NO LEGAL, FINANCIAL, OR TAX ADVICE

2.1. All information provided by Roddick, whether on the website, email, chat, or during consultation calls, must not be interpreted as legal advice, financial advice, professional accounting advice, or a substitute for advice from qualified professionals.

2.2. You acknowledge and agree that you must independently verify all legal, financial, tax, and regulatory obligations with a licensed professional in your jurisdiction.

2.3. Roddick shall not be held liable for decisions made based on information provided through the Services.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1. You are fully responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, complete, and true information
  • Ensuring your business activity is compliant with UAE regulations
  • Submitting documents in the formats required
  • Meeting all deadlines imposed by UAE authorities

3.2. You acknowledge that any delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information may result in additional government fees or processing delays.

3.3. You represent and warrant that you are legally allowed to form a company in the UAE and that your business activities comply with UAE law.

4. SERVICE FEES, GOVERNMENT FEES & REFUNDS

4.1. Roddick charges fixed service fees (“Roddick Fees”) separate from government fees, bank fees, and third-party costs. These are outlined on our website or communicated during onboarding.

4.2. Government fees are non-refundable. Once submitted to a UAE authority or free zone, they cannot be reversed under any circumstances.

4.3. Roddick Fees are non-refundable once work begins, including but not limited to any of the following actions:

  • Consultation delivered
  • Documents collected
  • Company name reserved
  • Application initiated
  • File opened with a free zone authority

4.4. You agree that Roddick is not responsible for:

  • Free zone approval or rejection
  • Visa approval or rejection
  • Bank account approval or rejection
  • Delays in government processing These decisions are fully controlled by UAE authorities and financial institutions.

5. BANKING DISCLAIMER

5.1. Roddick provides general guidance on available banking options but does not guarantee bank account approval, minimum balance acceptance, or onboarding requirements.

5.2. Banking decisions are made solely by regulated financial institutions using their own AML/KYC criteria.

5.3. You agree that Roddick is not liable for:

  • Bank rejection
  • Additional documentation requirements
  • Mandatory compliance interviews
  • Changes to bank minimum balances or fees

6. INFORMATION ACCURACY & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

6.1. Some services involve third-party providers (free zones, banks, accountants, immigration offices, etc.). Roddick has no control over their decisions, timelines, or pricing changes.

6.2. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the information presented on our website or during consultations is always complete, updated, or error-free, as UAE regulations change frequently.

6.3. It is your responsibility to verify all critical regulatory and compliance requirements.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

7.1. Roddick will take reasonable steps to protect all confidential documents you submit.

7.2. You authorize Roddick to securely share your documents with free zones, government authorities, banks, accountants, or other third parties strictly for the purpose of providing the Services.

7.3. Roddick is not liable for breaches or data leaks occurring within government portals, free zones, or external systems outside of our control.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

8.1. Roddick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Lost profits
  • Lost business opportunities
  • Loss of data
  • Delays or rejections by government entities

8.2. Roddick’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of Roddick Fees paid by you directly to Roddick for the specific Service under dispute.

8.3. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roddick and its owners, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

9.1. All content on Roddick.biz — including text, graphics, website design, branding, and materials — is the intellectual property of Roddick.

9.2. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission.

10. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to use the Services for:

  • Fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Money laundering or circumventing AML/KYC laws
  • Misrepresenting your identity or business
  • Providing false or falsified documents
  • Activities restricted or prohibited by UAE law Roddick reserves the right to terminate service immediately if any such activities are suspected.

11. TERMINATION

11.1. Roddick may terminate your access to Services at any time due to:

  • Illegal activity
  • Non-payment
  • Abuse or harassment
  • Misrepresentation or fraud
  • Breach of these Terms

11.2. You remain responsible for any outstanding payments or government fees even after termination.

12. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

12.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

12.2. Any dispute shall first attempt to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to the courts of Dubai, UAE, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
